Parkside in Dr Phillips, Dr Phillips Parkside Homes Updates

The new Dr Phillips community, Parkside, has had the opening pushed back. Originally, Meritage Homes Parkside was to start selling at the end of January 2013. But now it looks like the end of February 2013 for pre-selling was the latest news we received from the builder’s representative. Meritage Homes will be having a Realtors® VIP Event towards the end of February where we’ll be able to bring our clients, who have pre-register with us, to the event for more information on Parkside.

Parkside Homes for Sale

Parkside will feature 4 floor plans when they open with Phase 1 and plan on having a total of 7 floor plans later on. Meritage Homes will open with 140 homesites in Phase 1. (Parkside will have a total of 320 homesites) Right now the Parkside floor plans will feature square footage’s between 2750 and a little over 5000 square feet.
